This massage roller has a grid system with different widths and thicknesses for different intensities. The different grid surface sizes allow poorly perfused connective tissue and tension points to be released. Training with this roller is therefore very precise. You should warm up a little beforehand and then work the areas with static and dynamic movements for 5-10 minutes, depending on your needs and restrictions.

Place the outside of your lower leg on the fascia roll. Place one leg in front of your body and support yourself with both hands. Then lift your buttocks. Quickly roll out your lower leg. Turn to both sides as you roll out to work even more of your lower leg.
