The weight set with cast iron weight plates and a chrome-plated steel weight bar is ideal for general exercises, rehabilitation and for strengthening individual muscle groups.
The weight plates supplied can be varied as required and can be supplemented or replaced with other weight plates with an internal diameter of 3 cm.
The weight set contains four different discs with 2 weight plates per weight. The dumbbell bar has a roughened grip surface and provides a good hold without slipping.
The 2 star fasteners supplied help to hold the discs securely on the dumbbell bar and provide better stability during training.
The different thicknesses of the discs allow you to perform different exercises and target various muscle groups.
