The ideal dummy for beginner training. Made of plastic, very robust and resilient. 2 people can train at the same time.
The dummy is very quick to install or set up and dismantle, making it mobile.

The base can be filled with water, gravel or sand. We recommend gravel for a higher weight and a firm stand.
