The round cushions have an inner cushion and cover made of 100% cotton and are filled with natural buckwheat chaff.
The height of the meditation cushion can be easily adjusted by adding or removing a little buckwheat chaff filling. The buckwheat chaff in the meditation cushion settles slightly over time. Buckwheat chaff can be ordered separately.
