You can perform a large number of different exercises with the multifunctional wall bars:
- Pull-ups: Grab the top rungs of the wall and pull yourself up with your arms until your chin comes over the bar.
- Leg raises: Hang from the wall bars and lift your legs straight up to work your abs.
- Torso twists: Grasp a rung with both hands and rotate your upper body alternately to the left and right to strengthen the lateral abdominal muscles.
