Fascia roller with grid system
This massage roller has a grid system with different widths and thicknesses for variable intensity. The different grid sizes allow poorly supplied connective tissue and tension points to be loosened, making the training very precise and intensive. You should warm up a little beforehand and then work the areas with static and dynamic movements for 5-10 minutes, depending on your needs and restrictions.

Upper back: The exercise is performed lying down. Bend your legs with the roller under your shoulder blades and lift your buttocks. In this position, slowly move over the roller by pushing with your legs. If you feel too much pressure, you can also do the exercise standing up: pinch the roller between your back and the wall and roll it over your back by bending and stretching your knees.
