The basic model of the Original Powerball® has everything you need for your hand and arm training.
With a rotor weighing only approx. 200 g, you can generate a training weight of up to 16 kg through gyroscopic movements. A positive training effect is achieved even at a low speed - the weight and the circular movement of your hand alone ensure that your forearms stay strong in the long term.
The rotation ball has excellent rotational stability as each one is electronically balanced. Its steel axle and unbreakable ABS plastic housing ensure stability

The special features of gyroscopic hand training devices lie in their variability, their changeability in resistance, i.e. as soon as you apply force, the Powerball becomes faster and heavier, as soon as you give in, it becomes slower and lighter. The greater the muscle work, the greater the resistance of the Powerball.
One-sided training and overexertion are therefore not possible. The smallest underlying muscles are trained and strengthened gently and evenly. The Original Powerball® helps to harmonise muscle interaction and also stimulates blood flow to the brain.
