With this adjustable weight vest you can train your body weight as required. The weight vest is comfortable to wear and thanks to the Velcro fastener it can be exactly adapted to your body.
The vest has a weight of 10 kg. It is divided up into 38 sandbags with a weight of each 250 g which can easily be removed. By removing the sandbags from the front or the back of the vest you can choose the weight by yourself
