The stand can be filled and is made of plastic (Filling with sand, gravel, stone chippings or water), vertically installed pole where you can fix the Focus Mitts by means of screw terminals.
The single Mitts can be fixed to 6 positions on the pole and are adjustable thanks to screw terminals. The maximum hight (kicking hight of the highest Mitt) is about 2 m.
