The basic model of the Original Powerball® has everything you need for your hand and arm training.

You can reach the training weight of up to 16 kg with the original Powerball even more quickly and easily with the Autostart model: just quickly "wind up" the rotor like a toy car, let go and start the rotation, which will give you strong forearms with regular training.

You can choose between direct speed, maximum speed and the number of revolutions in 30, 60 or 90 seconds. The counter has an automatic switch-off function and a housing made of skin-friendly material.
